About Training & Placement Cell

The Training and Placement Cell at Dnyanshree institute of Engineering and Technology Satara is committed to bridging the gap between academic excellence and professional success. We provide a structured platform where students can develop the necessary skills, gain practical experience, and explore career opportunities with leading companies. Our T&P Cell is dedicated to ensuring that students are equipped with both technical and soft skills to meet the demands of today’s competitive job market. From career counselling to organizing recruitment drives, our team works determinedly to create pathways to success for our graduates. T&P Cell works in close co-ordination with the student placement committee comprising of student coordinators chosen from various departments. The institute’s excellent infrastructure supports each and every stage of the placement process in arranging registrations, pre-placement talks, written test, group discussion and interviews etc.

Report & CV Writing Workshops:

The Training & Placement (T&P) Cell organizes focused workshops on report writing and CV/resume building. In these sessions, students learn how to create well-structured technical reports and craft impactful CVs that effectively showcase their skills, academic accomplishments, projects, and internship experiences. The goal is to help students present themselves professionally and confidently in both academic settings and during placement opportunities.

Mock Interviews, Competitions & Interactive Activities:

The Training & Placement (T&P) Cell actively engages students through a variety of initiatives, including mock interviews, aptitude tests, communication competitions, and interactive sessions like group discussions, presentations, seminars, role-plays, case studies, and debates.
