Our college has become a member of DELNET and this will provide us an array of facilities towards modernization of the central library.

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT).

The National Program on technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) has initiated certification courses offered on the model of MOOCs on its online courses portal. Through an online portal, online courses are being offered. These courses are typically on topics relevant to students along with basic core courses in sciences and humanities. The enrollment to and learning from these courses involves no cost.

Shodhganga

Shodhganga provides a platform for research scholars to deposit their Ph.D. theses and make it available to the entire scholarly community in open access. The repository has the ability to capture, index, store, disseminate and preserve ETDs (Electronic These sand Dissertations) submitted by the researchers.

ShodhSindhu

E-ShodhSindhu provide current as well as archival access to more than 10,000 core and peer-reviewed journals and a number of bibliographic, citation and factual databases in different disciplines from a large number of publishers and aggregators to its member institutions including centrally-funded technical institutions, universities and colleges that are covered under 12(B) and 2(f) Sections of the UGC Act.

󠇔National Digital Library of India Club (NDLI)

National Digital Library of India Club (NDLI Club) is an enabler of career progression for students these Clubs conduct events to facilitate students to develop knowledge, skill and traits beyond regular curriculum. Development of knowledge, skill and traits needs access to varieties of learning resources. NDLI and NDLI Club are initiatives of Ministry of Education (MOE), Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). These are National Mission projects and part of Digital India Mission of the country. NDLI provides contents for all academic levels including lifetime learners.

About Course

Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering is a well-known branch of engineering. It deals with the reception of video, microprocessors, analogue communication, digital and analogue integrated circuits, satellite communication, antennae and wave progression, solid-state devices, voice and data etc. It is a three-year long course having 6 semesters in it.

There is no doubt that with the help of various electronic gadgets, the quality of our lives has improved a lot. Not just this, with the hype of electronics all around the world, it has become very important to have a better communication network with the help of latest circuits and devices. Diploma in electronics and telecommunication focuses on the manufacturing of circuits, electronic devices and different types of communications equipment such as integrated circuits, fibre, receivers, transmitter and microwaves. After completing this diploma course, students will have better knowledge and skills which would help them get better career and jobs opportunities in the industry.
